This is Your CDD

Welcome to the home of much of Celebration's infrastructure. The Celebration Community Development District (CCDD) is a limited special-purpose government, created pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. We are responsible for the maintenance of roadway lights, street sweeping, common area landscaping, alleys, public parks and trails, and aquatic weed control. CCDD also maintains the lakes, stormwater retention areas, and drainage system in Celebration and some Osceola County services, such as mosquito control.

CCDD is one of two local CDDs; the other, Enterprise CDD (www.enterprisecdd.org) is predominately responsible for commercial and mixed-land uses and water distribution services.
